From creative workshops and movement classes to community gatherings and new ideas taking shape, this is where people come together to learn, connect and try something a little different. Join us for Halloween at OCH, with family trick-or-treating in the afternoon and a ticketed Murder Mystery Night after dark.
From 4:00–6:00pm, local families can drop in for spooky decorations, Halloween treats, a sausage sizzle, baked goodies and family-friendly activities. No booking required.
From 7:00pm, gather your friends and put your detective skills to the test in our facilitated Murder Mystery Night. Work with your table to follow clues, question the evidence and crack the fictional case.
Tickets are $25 per person. Come as a couple, with friends or book a full table of 8.
This event is also a fundraiser for Olinda Community House. Bookings are essential and places are limited.

Ray O’Leary is making his first trip to Olinda — and he’s dressing up in his best grey suit and white shirt for the occasion!
Ray has become an Australian comedy favourite, with regular appearances on the Melbourne International Comedy Festival Gala and hit shows including Have You Been Paying Attention?, Thank God You’re Here, Guy Montgomery’s Guy Mont-Spelling Bee and The Cheap Seats.
Known for his dry delivery, off-kilter logic and brilliantly crafted jokes, Ray brings his distinctive style to Olinda for a full night of comedy.
There’ll also be a lineup of up-and-coming support acts, making it a big night of laughs right here in the Hills.

Everyone is welcome to come along, hear about the year at Olinda Community House, meet our committee and community, and learn more about what’s ahead.
It’s also a great opportunity to share ideas and discover ways to get involved with the House in the year ahead.
