*As per Olinda Community House’s Venue Hire Terms and Agreements policy:
● A bond is mandatory for most bookings.
● Bonds provide security against:
○ damage to buildings, furniture or equipment,
○ excessive cleaning,
○ breaches of hire terms (including false information).
● Full forfeiture may occur where:
○ damage exceeds bond value,
○ false information is provided,
○ activities differ from the approved booking.
● Bond refunds are processed as soon as practicable after inspection and key return
